to be in good health on _Date_____. These kittens have received the

following immunizations against

Feline Rhinotracheitis, Calici, and Panleukopenia:

1) Date:12/5/2001 Type: Biivental Intranasal/Internocualar Modified Live virus

Sn. 176 Exp: jan 4 2003

2) Date:1/8/2002 Type: Tyivental Intranasal/Internocualar Modified Live virus

Sn. HF-172-046A Exp: 21 Jun 2002

3) Date: Will be given by my vet along with rabies just before placement.

and will be due for its next booster one year after last set of shots.

This kitten will be examined by my vet and is free of worms,

fleas, ear mites, any other external parasites and To the best of Seller's knowledge is free from any chronic or congenital defects. This

kitten is guaranteed to be FeLV negative. The breeder will not guarantee this kitten if the FeLV or FIP Vaccine has been given by new Owner/Vet.

Buyer will have this kitten examined by his/her veterinarian

within 72 hours after receiving the kittens to verify the

kitten's health. Upon veterinary examination, if this animal is NOT FOUND

to be in good health, Buyer will notify Seller within 24 hours and may

return kitten for a refund of the purchase price. Seller will not

assume liability for the cost of veterinary examinations, diagnostic work or

treatment.

In addition, if these cats/kittens should die of a

genetic disorder with in the first two years, Cats/kittens will be replaced only with a signed statement from a licensed veterinarian stating case of death was from a genetic birth disorder. A necropsy must accompany this report

OTHER CONDITIONS OF SALE:

1. The buyer accepts the responsibility of caring for this kitten and

providing properly for its welfare. The buyer agrees to follow the breeder's

instructions on care, housing, diet, treatment and health.

2. The buyer agrees that this kitten will always receive prompt, top-notch

medical care, and will never be allowed to harbor parasites.

3. The buyer agrees to provide companionship for this kitten, never leaving

it alone for long periods of time without human attention.

4. The buyer agrees to provide a generous amount of exercise for this

kitten, to provide it with toys, and not to cage it.

5. The buyer agrees to never intentionally allow this kitten outdoors.

6. The buyer agrees that this kitten will never be sold, leased or given to

any pet shop, animal shelter, research laboratory or similar facility. If

circumstances prevent you from keeping it any longer I will make every

attempt to place this kitten in a new home.

7. The buyer agrees never to breed this kitten, and to have it altered prior

to reaching 7 months of age if not already altered.

8. The buyer agrees never to declaw this kitten, and understands that

declawing is a mutilation and a cruelty that is likely to alter the kitten's

temperament and health.

9. This kitten is being sold as a pet on a neuter/spay agreement. Registration slip will be released only upon proof of neutering or spaying by a licensed veterinarian or clinic.

10. The Breeder/Seller asks that picture be sent.

This enables me to evaluate the kittens and how my breeding program

is going. Then they will be placed in my Granny book.

11. The buyer further agrees that if items 7 and/or 8 (above) are

disregarded, that the buyer must pay an additional $200.00 in damages to the

breeder, that any offspring of this kitten are to be delivered to the

breeder as the breeder's sole property, and that the breeder may also

reclaim this kitten without refund. In the event of failure or refusal of

Buyer to comply with the terms of this agreement, disputes regarding this

contract will be heard and resolved in a court of law. This will be held in the start in which the breeder lives. Court costs will be paid by the party found to be in breach of the contract.

12. This kitten is being sold as a Pet

PRICE $600.00 for one Bombay male kitten.
